About the Role:

Do you know how to turn product features into customer must-haves? Can you craft messaging that’s as strategic as it is compelling? If you love leading teams, shaping go-to-market strategies, and translating product potential into real-world demand, this one’s for you.

We’re on the lookout for a Head of Product Marketing to drive positioning, messaging, and launch strategies that move the needle. No jargon for the sake of jargon – just clear, customer-focused marketing that delivers results.

What You’ll Be Doing:
  • Define and own our product positioning, messaging, and go-to-market strategies
  • Lead, mentor, and grow the Product Marketing team (think coach, not micromanager)
  • Collaborate closely with Product, Sales, and Customer Success to align messaging with customer needs
  • Oversee product launches, from planning through to execution and performance analysis
  • Drive competitive analysis and market research (yes, some good old-fashioned digging)
  • Ensure sales teams have the right tools and content to close deals (battle cards, playbooks, pitch decks, the lot)
  • Own customer segmentation and target persona strategies
  • Monitor and report on campaign and launch effectiveness, then optimise for better results
What We’re Looking For:

✔️ 6+ years of experience in Product Marketing, with at least 2 years in a leadership role
✔️ Proven track record of delivering successful go-to-market plans (bonus points for B2B or SaaS experience)
✔️ A natural storyteller with strategic thinking and commercial focus
✔️ Strong leadership, mentoring, and cross-functional collaboration skills
✔️ Data-driven and comfortable making decisions backed by research and analytics
✔️ Excellent written and verbal communication (no waffle, just clarity)
✔️ Experience working with Sales Enablement and Product Management teams
