About the Role:

Do you love solving customer problems and turning ideas into products that people use? We’re looking for a Product Manager who’s part strategist, part customer champion, and part project wrangler.

You’ll be the glue between teams, working with Engineering, Design, Sales, and Marketing to make sure what we build aligns with customer needs and business goals.

What You’ll Be Doing:

• Own and develop the product roadmap, keeping it aligned with business priorities
• Gather and prioritise customer and stakeholder feedback
• Write clear user stories and product requirements that engineers don’t groan at
• Collaborate with UX/UI teams to deliver user-friendly features
• Work closely with Sales and Support teams to understand pain points and opportunities
• Track product KPIs and iterate based on performance and user feedback
• Stay up-to-date with market trends and competitors (because no one wants to fall behind)

What We’re Looking For:

✔️ 3+ years of product management experience (ideally in tech, SaaS, or digital products)
✔️ Strong understanding of Agile methodologies (Scrum/Kanban, etc.)
✔️ Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
✔️ Analytical thinker with a data-driven mindset
✔️ Comfortable working cross-functionally with technical and non-technical teams
✔️ Bonus points if you’ve worked with tools like Jira, Confluence, or Productboard
